(1) The authority to renew the following license shall be given to the following officer:- Type of license _ Renewing officer (a) Bharuva gun license Municipality or village development committee (b) Chief district officer arms license other than bharuva gun or » officer appointed by the chief district officer (c) ) Chief District Officer 7 & 0. %. License to do (2) According to sub-rule (1), the officer renewing the license (license) may, if he wishes, order the arms and ammunition mentioned in such license (license) to be submitted to him for inspection while renewing the license (license). 03) According to clause (a) of sub-rule (1), the municipality or village development committee and according to clause (b) the officer designated by the chief district officer shall send the attached permit to the respective district administration office. (4) In accordance with clause (a) of sub-rule (1), the municipality or 5 rural municipalities shall be entitled to keep and enjoy the fee received by the municipality or village development committee when renewing the firearms license.
